In addition to customer‑facing documentation, I created and maintained internal process documentation to support documentation workflows, release coordination, and cross‑functional alignment within a SaaS healthcare organization.

Documentation work involved multiple stakeholders, tools, and handoffs. Without clear internal guidance:
